Client wanted to make a website on rental facility on furnished, corporate and serviced houses and apartments. They wanted to serve their services in multi segments like government, Hotels, Medical, International and temporary. Clients want to make site in which different packages are available for different property with different amenities that customer’s needs.
It was the project on Offering hotels, serviced apartments, furnished homes, and vacation rentals in over 20,000 cities and 100 countries! So challenges were more so common. So initially we discuss all the requirements and needs of the client for that project and we suggested a CMS framework and appropriate theme for specific projects. We have used WordPress and plugins. We created a custom theme as a requirement of the client.
The most eye-catching thing in the project that we created is a photo gallery of different countries in front of the viewer where they can reach their suitable area just on a single click of gallery photo. And for that dazzling look of a property, we have used a property management plugin.
We have created custom search functionality for the check rates of rental property with function like how many amenities they need?? Or Whey they need it?? By using this search functionality a customer can easily find their need for a rental property with amenities and location.
Customers have a choice to choose which amenities they required. The planner will fulfill it while in other customer have to compromise with amenities which are provided by the hotels so this is a unique way of clients to provide rental house and apartments to customers.
